shows the eastern coast of Edisto Island in South Carolina.
The coast is named "Ghost Coast" due to the many old extinct trees
as a result of the erosion of the sandy islands oceanside due to the
endless waves and tides of the atlantic ocean. The coastline undergoes
an everlasting changes over the past and future centuries.
